Getting Started with Chatlyst

Getting started with Chatlyst is easy when you keep one idea in mind: everything happens inside your company workspace.

1. Create Your Chatlyst Account

Ideally, the person leading the rollout—usually an admin or team lead—should create the first Chatlyst account. Because account creation flows directly into company setup, this person needs to be ready to enter accurate company details, verify the workspace, and invite the rest of the team to join.

2. Register and Set Up Your Company

You can sign up for Chatlyst using your email, Google, or Facebook. After creating your account, you will be prompted to set up your company.

This step generates your company workspace, where you will manage knowledge, widgets, conversations, and credits. Once you submit your details, Chatlyst takes you straight to the Home dashboard so you can start exploring your workspace immediately.

3. Bring Your Team In

With your workspace ready, it is time to invite your teammates. Chatlyst automatically sends an email invitation with simple setup instructions. Upon their first login, invited members accept the invite, complete their account details, and set a password.

As the owner or admin, you have full visibility. You can track invitation statuses, follow up on pending or expiring invites, and watch your team member list update automatically as people log in.
